They are never published, never linked from a public web address, and are accessible only to authorized LaneCraft staff reviewing your application. We do not display driver's license numbers publicly and we do not include document contents in analytics or marketing.

We may retain submitted information and uploaded documents for business, legal, operational, and record-keeping purposes.

SMS Communications

If you provide your phone number and consent to receive SMS messages from LaneCraft, we may send messages regarding dispatching services, load opportunities, route planning assistance, customer support, account updates, and other service-related communications.
